  • In the real estate of Puy-de-Dôme, the average observed price in 2024 is €153,000, with an average surface of 87 m² according to Green Acres, and second homes represent about 10% of sales.
  • The Haute-Loire also offers great opportunities, with an average price of €130,000 for 100 m², and 20% of transactions concern second homes.

Growing Interest from Foreign Clients

Auvergne also attracts foreign clients, notably from Belgium, the Netherlands, and Britain. In Cantal, 16 transactions were made in 2024 by foreigners, for an average amount of €75,000.

In Puy-de-Dôme, 70 operations involved non-resident buyers (average price of €134,000), with the Dutch being the largest nationality ahead of Belgians and Britons.
