  • Manche: On the coast, for example, Granville averages €3,240/m², while in Barneville-Carteret it reaches €2,387/m². The average prices in the Manche for the entire department are €176,000 for 97 m² with 5% of transactions in secondary residences and an annual change of -2% in 2024.
  • Orne: Particularly accessible market with 3,459 transactions and attractive prices (€1,000 to €1,800/m²), supported by a significant role of secondary residences (13% of operations). Foreign buyers, notably British, remain active with over 46% of foreign purchases made by clients from the UK.
