The property is within 3km of the Village of Neuvy Bouin which has a superb restaurant (open for lunch and dinner), a post office, Boulanger and a Motor repair shop. There is a nursery school in the village of Neuvy Bouin.
The property is 5 minutes from the Town of Secondigny which has a Large Supermarket offering cheap Petrol, various restaurants, chemists, Newsagents, a Theatre and lots more. A middle school, one of the finest in the area is in Secondigny.
