Property summary
This property can be found in the Centre of the beautiful Village of Saint-Généroux which boats two restaurants and a Roman Bridge over the River Thouet. The Village church is a fine example of Romanesque architecture.
The property, although in the centre of the village is not overlooked, but a great location to walk to the restaurants, stroll over the Roman Bridge or go for great walks along the River Thouet where you will find another Roman Bridge.
The Village is steeped in history and a great place to have a permanent home or a Maison Secondaire to escape to.
The property consists of a 3-bedroom house with a Cottage which could be used as a Gite for extra income, plus a second Cottage to renovate, a great chance to live in a lovely village and earn income if you wish. There is also a Garage and a workshop.
More about the entry to the properties and the grounds will be given further into my description.
