Several paths run through the Regional Parc Haut Lanquedoc. Just a few minutes walk from the house and you will find yourself on the edge of the impressive Gorges de la Cesse with breathtaking views of the Montagne Noire.
The sandy beaches of the Mediterranean Sea can be reached by car in less than an hour. Especially recommended is the beach at Gruissan just south of Narbonne. The larger cities such as Narbonne, Béziers and Carcassonne (with the ancient Cité) can be reached within three quarters of an hour.
