This 40 pitches campsite is in the middle of the woods with beautiful views. Over 4 hectares of the site is used as a tourist area, the remaining hectares consist of forest.
The areaThe Limousin with beautiful, green and warm summers, is the ideal holiday destination for families. Peace, space and nature are guaranteed at this beautiful campsite.
At short distance is the cosy village Eymoutiers with various festivals and markets in summer. With a beautiful lake in the region and a multitude of tourist attractions, there is always something new for guests to discover. The informal, homely atmosphere in combination with the cosiness are some of the success factors of this unique campsite.
The campsiteThe campsite offers 23 glamping accommodations and 17 tent pitches. The glamping accommodations consist of luxury eco-chalets, an eco-lodge, a renovated and self-sufficient gîte and various comfort Bell tents with private sanitary facilities. Furthermore, there are various fully equipped Bell tents on a wooden platform and roof, without private sanitary facilities. As campsite owner, you of course have the first choice in which accommodation you stay!
Central on the site is the solar heated pool of 12 x 6 meters and a depth of 150 cm. Furthermore, there are a total of 5 solar water heating systems and another 10 solar panels that provide a lot of "self-generated" energy in the summer.For the guests there is a mini-epicerie, bread service, drinks and ice cream and a weekly pizza night that provides a nice extra turnover. There are still various possibilities to increase the turnover and/or to establish a different concept on this terrain.
TurnoverIn 2021, despite Covid and a short season, a turnover of almost 220,000 Euro was realised. Because banks are very reluctant to finance the purchase of a campsite, this will mainly have to be done from own resources. We are happy to inform you about this.
