The old fortified farmhouse has been meticulously renovated to a high modern standard with the priority placed on retaining the historical features.

The farmhouse comprises 10 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, several living rooms and kitchens, cellars and a fitness room with spa.

The owners have for several years run a highly successful wine tourism operation on the property, running five chambre d’hotes and one holiday cottage.

The winery building was constructed in 2011 from a desire to make the most of this excellent terroir. With its range of stainless steel tanks, it is a highly efficient modern building conceived with the aim of the production of high quality wines.

The 12 ha vineyard is classed Aop Cotes du Rhone and has been organically farmed for over 15 years. The vineyard is located at an altitude of 420m, with cooler night-time temperatures allowing the grapes to ripen at a slower rate, maintaining acidity and bringing complexity and freshness to the wines.

The vines are planted for the majority in Grenache Noir, accompanied by smaller amounts of various varieties enabling the production of a range of red, white and rose wines.
