Also a weekly Thursday morning market.

Furniture and white goods open to negotiation
Anglers paradise with many lakes and rivers to choose from especially Lac de Cazine (daily rate of 7 Euros) and Eguzon river (National Rod License 95 Euros per year for the whole of France!). Big Carp! Great walking and cycling area too. If you are a water sports fan Lac Eguzon has boats, canoes, boarding, water skiing and of course fishing
Limoges airport 1 hour......La Souterraine and Gueret train stations both 20 minutes......
We have the property listed with the local Notaire , however, if We find a buyer, the buyer will only need to pay Notaire fees and no selling fees
