There are no close neighbors, the house feels completely secluded and private yet is only 10 minutes drive from two lively small villages (St Antonin Noble Val/ Caylus) with all amenities, schools, banks, shops, cafes, markets etc.
There are endless walks to go on, the surrounding area is full of ancient stone villages and there are lots of crumbling castles to explore within half and hours drive.

St Antonin Noble Val (setting for several recent films) and its magnificent 'Gorge D'Aveyron' is 10 minutes drive for shops, cafes, canoeing and a fantastic Sunday market. Najac, Penne, Bruniquel, Cordes sur Ciel and Albi are just a few of the historic places to visit nearby.
1 hour drive from Toulouse, 1 hr Rodez, 2 hrs Carcassone.
