15-20 ha wine property on the right bank of Bordeaux

Barnes Vineyards Investment, M&A advisor for the Wine & Spirits industry, is assisting the owners of Chateau Aznavour (Code Name), in the sale of their Château in a right bank appellation of Bordeaux.

Château Aznavour includes a mansion, around which are grouped the production buildings, as well as a 15-20 hectares vineyard led in biodynamy (37 to 50 acres). The distribution of the wines is multi-channel, privileging direct sales to a few renowned wholesalers and importers.

Château Aznavour distinguishes itself by its profitability, the result of a good valorization of its production and of a remarkable mastery of the culture of the vine in biodynamy, authorizing yields close to the conventional vineyards while preserving the Nature and the quality of the grounds.
