It is also a land of gastronomy, firmly anchored in the vineyards of the Haut-Poitou and the Loire.
On the edge of the village, the striking entrance to the mill is framed by two large pilasters, the round-arched porch resting on two smaller pilasters. The two pedestrian gates feature the same architectural style as the carriage entrance, thus creating a balanced and elegant ensemble. At the rear, a vast courtyard connects to the mill, a house in need of restoration, and the outbuildings. The park extends to the rear of the mill.
The millOf rubble masonry and with tile roofing, it stretches along one side of the courtyard. The entrance door is marked by two oeil-de-boeuf windows on either side. The facade is punctuated by several windows and glass doors, as is the facade on the garden side.

One French window opens onto the park and another onto the courtyard. The kitchen leads directly to the living room and its French window opens onto a terrace facing the park. From the entrance, a first door leads to a bedroom and its shower room. A second door gives access to another bedroom and shower room and a third to a guest toilet. The laundry/boiler room can be reached via one of the two bedrooms. The windows and doors to the north are double glazed and to the south single glazed. The floors are paved with terracotta tiles or slabs.

The corridor leads to two adjoining bedrooms, allowing a view over both the millstream and the park, as well as a large bathroom and separate toilet. One bedroom gives access to an unrestored room which could be converted into a bathroom. The floors of the bedrooms are carpeted. The floor in the corridor is tiled. Above the two bedrooms, the attic is suitable for conversion and could be directly connected to the house, since access is currently from the outside. Under one of the grain halls, a well has been equipped with a pump. The gardenIt extends to the rear of the house and is partly bordered by the small stream. Beautiful trees are planted there: cedars, ashes, beeches, maritime pine, Austrian black pine and poplars. A lime tree stands in the centre of the courtyard.
