Dating from the beginning of the 20th century, all in the Quercy style.


The main house was completely renovated (January 2011 to July 2013) to give it all modern comforts while respecting the charm and authenticity of the place. As for the barn, the upper part located on the garden level was renovated in 2015, the lower part remaining a large shed.


The farmhouse consists of 7 main rooms with two bedrooms on the ground floor and three upstairs. On the garden level you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry (in the dovecote) and a laundry room, a very beautiful living room (lounge/dining room) with a large open fireplace, a hallway with a toilet independent and two large bedrooms on one level. These two bedrooms are equipped with their own bathroom and toilet and have access to the garden. Upstairs, you will find three other large bedrooms: a master suite with dressing room, shower room and toilet, a children's bedroom with a sink and toilet as well as a third large bedroom with shower room and toilet as well. This last bedroom is also accessible via private access to the exterior. The basement has been converted into a boiler room (with pellets), a pellet storage silo and a domestic hot water tank.


The single-storey rooms are located on the garden level and offer a view of the barn and the upper garden or of the surrounding countryside. The upstairs bedrooms offer views of the surrounding countryside, the barn and the upper garden.


The barn, on one level overlooking the upper garden, consists of a fully equipped summer kitchen, an airlock giving access to a storage room, a toilet as well as a large and beautiful suite with bathroom bathroom (bath + walk-in shower) and toilet.


The park of almost 7000 m² is a real little green setting. Ideal for relaxing and unwinding in the great outdoors, it is perfect for lovers of calm and serenity.


With its spa and its 10 by 5 swimming pool, it offers multiple places to relax with its different terraces, its gazebo, its century-old trees and its petanque court.
