The farmhouse
The main house is a very solid, well maintained, traditional and modernized farmhouse en pierre (natural stone from the area). The house was built around 1850 and has a total area of approximately 260 m2.

On the ground floor you will find a large living and dining room from which you have a view of a walled garden and part of the domain. At the front of the house is a natural stone terrace. Furthermore, on the ground floor you will find a large custom-made wooden kitchen for private use, a sports room, a linen room, an office room, a bathroom, a toilet and a fully equipped professional kitchen. From this professional kitchen you have access to the rear of the house, where there is dining for camping guests. You will also find the lower part of the large barn (grange) on the ground floor.

On the first floor you will find three large to very large bedrooms and a smaller, but still well-sized bedroom. The main bedroom is divided into two parts by a wooden sliding door. Behind this sliding door, you will find a substantial space that can serve as a walk-in closet, storage space or even serve as an extra bedroom. There is also a smaller storage room. On this floor there are three bathrooms with shower (two of which have recently been tiled with travertine; the third bathroom has a wooden floor). Through this floor you have access to the upper part of the grange.

All windows in the house have double glazing since the end of 2019. The shutters were painted in 2022. The combination of lavender-colored shutters and white windows gives the natural stone house a classic, charming and characteristic appearance of the region. Part of the house is heated in the period from November to April by an efficient oil-fired central heating. Outside this period, as a rule, no heating is needed and in the summer the living area of the house remains wonderfully cool due to the 60 centimeter thick natural stone walls. On the ground floor there is a wood burner that heats the living and dining room in the cold period, so that the oil-fired heating only serves as a support and little needs to be used during the day.

The professional kitchen is fully equipped to serve guests during the camping season. Here you will find, among other things, a large pizza oven, a large and two small fryers, a baking tray, an electric cooking unit with oven, a large hot plate, two refrigerators, a freezer, several workbenches and two extractor hoods (all these items are part of the inventory that can be taken over).

The hallway that runs through the entire house gives access through a heavy hatch in the floor to a large basement that extends from the private kitchen to the living room.

To the rear of the house is a large septic tank which was installed in 2019. The sink and dishwasher in the private kitchen open onto a grease trap that was also renewed in 2019.

The gîte
The gîte serves as a charming holiday home and as accommodation for family and friends. The base of the gîte is stone, with an extension of more recent date. This once served as a bread oven for the hamlet. The total area of the gîte covers 60 m2. The ground floor is divided into a kitchen (renewed in 2017) with dining table, a sitting area and a bedroom with a bunk bed. A small wood-burning stove provides heating on cold evenings, but in warm summers it is especially wonderful to relax in the coolness that the natural stone walls offer.

An authentic stone staircase leads to the first floor. Here you will find a renovated bathroom with shower, sink and toilet as well as a bedroom with a double bed.

The gîte has its own terrace and garden, but is also part of the campsite. The gîte is connected to a septic tank which functions fine.

The campsite
According to the current permis, the campsite has a total of 30 places, but for the current owner it was sufficient to never have more than 14 places occupied at the same time. The camping pitches are very spacious in the current set-up and each cover an average of about 300 m2…
