A landing (~8.5m²) with skylight leads to a small bedroom-office (~6.5m²), with skylight and exposed main framework, a games room (~11m²) with exposed beams, adjoining a 5th bedroom (~8m²) with a private sink and a window on the north gable, allowing you to admire from a very high level the city below and, beyond, the beautiful mountain the place for family and friendsAt the entrance to the park surrounding the house, An old caretaker's house was once extended to provide more comfort. The building is supplied with electricity, but not water. In addition, another building with a wooden structure (~23m²), built against the high stone perimeter wall, and with a fenced garden in front, allows for domestic or farmyard animals. Two small sheds complete the set of buildings on the property. A pretty wooded parkThe house is in the centre of its parklands, which are entirely enclosed by a perimeter wall. A double metal gate with private gravelled driveway allows all vehicles to be parked privately and securely. A wrought iron gate for pedestrians is located on the other side of the pavilion. The land consists of lawn, a south-facing stone terrace in front of the kitchen and a multitude of (large) ornamental trees, including a cedar, several fir trees and a very beautiful camellia!
