Our home was completely renovated 4 years ago to a high standard without loss of its original features. We installed a central heating system (Fröling 24, pellets with a 5 ton silo) which keeps the house comfortably warm when needed. It also heats the warm water supply all year round. Upstairs are 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 large study/bedroom with access to a terrace, a large bathroom, wine storage room, a closet space and two toilets. Fibre internet connection throughout the house. Between the villages of Passavant and la Rochère lies a large lake (l'Étang Neuf) with a restaurant overlooking the beautiful surroundings. Passavant has several commerces; a superette, a hairdresser, several B&B's and of course the world famous Verrerie de la Rochère (since 1465) which attracts visitors from all over the world. More shops are in the direct vicinity (Vauvillers, Corre, Jussey). The house has two private, off street parking places. A large garden on three levels gives you plenty of privacy and a lovely view over the rooftops of Passavant and its church in the distance.
