Opis ogólny
With its harmonious and symmetrical façade of brick alternating with Burgundy stone, and a "Mansard" roof embellished with two-tone dormers, this majestic mill from 1750 was used for the village castle, which for a long time belonged to a large Niverne family. Built on a cellar and stable, it was restored in 2008. Today it offers almost 300 m² of comfort and light. All the charm of the countryside, and yet in a village with all amenities (health centre, college, etc.) less than 2 hours from Paris (near the train station and motorway).
A wooden gate opens onto a driveway leading to the bucolic park of hundred-year-old trees, shrubs and lawns bordering the buildings.
