Opposite the entrance hall are two reception rooms overlooking the parklands: the lounge is accessed through a small-paned glass door. Two windows with internal shutters overlook the parklands. From the hallway, there is access on the left to an airlock with large cupboards and the start of a staircase with a beautiful arched wrought iron banister, the steps of which are carpeted.
On the first floor, there is a large library landing overlooking the courtyard. A corridor leads to a linen room with toilet, three large bedrooms with shutters, a decorative fireplace and parquet flooring, and a beige and brown bathroom with two washbasin units, a shower and a bath.
The staircase leads to the second floor, the attic having been converted.The landing leads to the corridor, which leads to four light and airy attic bedrooms and a bathroom with double washbasin unit and toilet.
An attic completes this floor.
There is a cellar under the kitchen.
The outbuildings:
- The garage (former stable) for parking a car.
- Shed for wood storage.
- The barn with a kitchen area (former wine press) and toilet, communicating with the old 80 sqm barn, stone walls and exposed roofing framework. A pretty courtyard overlooks the street in front of the property.
- The unrestored gatehouse is a hexagonal pavilion with a 6-sided slate roof. The main room has a fireplace and a stairway leads to the first floor with its exposed roofing framework.
- The former drying shed, used as a garage for two vehicles, is accessed from the small road at the side of the property.
- An adjoining workshop.
- A courtyard converted into a summer kitchen with a barbecue.
The grounds span 3,700 sqm and are fully enclosed by stone walls and the outbuildings.
The upper section comprises the courtyard, with a section of lawn and lime trees.
The lower part, on the north side, is parkland with old trees: yew, chestnut, fir. Their branches, spread out like protective arms, offer comforting shade to visitors seeking refuge under their ancestral shade.
The swimming pool is located in this part of the park, partly hidden from view.
A pond fed by rainwater and a spring.
A well (in front of the old drying shed) is used to water the garden.
