* Outside: An original well. A wooden garage (20 m2) with covered storage on both sides for firewood and the containers. Spacious, covered porch with plenty of cupboard space. Large canopy including a spacious sitting area, shed (4 m2) (formerly an old plum dryer) for storage of garden tools, small attic and spacious, new outdoor kitchen. This includes a counter with a tap, base cabinets and power points for a hob, for example.
The recently built greenhouse (7 m2) can, in addition to growing and overwintering plants, also serve as a sunny greenhouse in spring and autumn!

There is also a good train connection (Tgv) to Belgium and the Netherlands.
