This superb equestrian centre is located a stone's throw from the Breton capital, in a very quiet environment, in the countryside. It extends over 5.62 ha grouped together and is currently in operation as an equestrian centre with just over 200 members and a few boardings. The structure's figures are very good with an average EBITDA relative to net production above 50%, as well as an average current profit relative to net production equal to 30%, over the last 3 years.

The equestrian part: The current activity of equestrian center and boarding is to be resumed if desired. Currently, the activity is mainly focused on young people (children and teenagers), but there is a strong development potential to be exploited in the near future due to the geographical expansion of the municipality and the creation of a high school in the near future.
Each meadow/paddock is equipped with an automatic drinking trough connected to the city's water (conversion on the well possible). The aisles are stabilized and illuminated.
