Place de la Bourse, Bordeaux
In 2007, UNESCO added Bordeaux to its world heritage list.
This is a first, because UNESCO has never honoured a whole urban area of this size before!
So, it is hardly worth saying that Bordeaux is filled with wonderful architecture having nearly 350 listed buildings.
The quays of the Garonne, the Place de la Bourse, the Esplanade des Quinconces ... so many magical places to wander.
But, with its modern infrastructure, Bordeaux is also resolutely looking towards the future and shows its convivial side that is the mark of any commercial city.
And let's not forget that Bordeaux is the home of the most prestigious grand cru wines.
Like the city itself, the Bordeaux real estate market is dynamic with many commercial premises for sale.
And if you wish to live there, you can choose between town centre apartments or all types of houses on the outskirts.
Unless your budget will stretch to a wine estate?
