This 1930s house, with a living area of 117m², is located on the outskirts of a small village in the south-east of Haute-Vienne, about 30 minutes from the centre of Limoges. The vibrant village of Châteauneuf-la-Forêt and its pretty swimming lake and all its amenities, are less than 10 minutes' drive away. The house, although habitable, will require a general renovation. So you need to be prepared for it. From a technical point of view, the house is connected to the mains sewerage of the municipality, its ground floor is equipped with double-glazed joinery. Plan to renovate the interior decoration and part of the roof, as well as the installation of two new double-glazed windows on the 1st floor, new insulation in the attic and the cellar. The garden and outbuildingsWith a total surface area of 2.240m², the land consists of a private gravelled driveway and parking area to the side and rear of the house, a fenced pleasure garden, a very large flat vegetable garden with small wood, both also fenced and with two separate gates. In addition to the garage located under the extension, there is a second closed garage with wooden structure and tiled roof, with an adjoining wooden lean-to and metal roof. A second lean-to in a metal structure allows you to store additional belongings. Even if these buildings are simple in construction, they have the merit of existing and are very practical.
