- Where is the property located? This property is located a short drive from the market town of Condom, in a tranquil spot. There are a couple of neighbouring houses. Our property is free from any overview of neighbours and there is a lovely sense of privacy from the enclosed gardens and stone walls which run around the garden. Agen is less than an hour away with its fast train to Paris, Bordeaux and Toulouse. Toulouse is an hour fifteen by car, with Blagnac international airport. The Gardens, Guest Cottage & pool The courtyard garden is beautifully paved for easy maintenance.
