First you enter into a mesmerizing courtyard with a above-ground pool and a pretty terrace with breath-taking views.
When you enter into the main house you will find beautifully and tastefully renovated living accommodations. The living area in the main apartment in the house is approximately 163 m².
Ground floor opens up to a beautiful and modern fully equipped kitchen, two reception rooms, a dining room and two bedrooms, and one of several terraces.
If you follow the spiral stone staircase up one level, you'll find a south-facing bedroom with its own bathroom and an own sunlit rooftop terrace and a living area that leads to the eagle's viewpoint, i.e. A room or lounge area basking with bright light and yes, with more stunning views of the valley and surrounding mountains. This area leads to two other rooftop terraces, both south-facing with views of the surrounding mountains. The view takes your breath away.
If you follow the spiral stone staircase down one level, you will find a newly renovated south-facing studio with a large kitchen. The living area here is approximately 40 m². This studio can serve as a gîte or self-contained apartment.
Several outbuildings that can be renovated into more living area or gîtes or storage areas, are on this level, all with beautiful south-facing views. There are even more rooms on this large property that can be turned into rooms, workshops or studios, the potential is enormous!
The adjoining wing of this château-like house gives you a separate apartment that is partially renovated and partially needs additional design and renovation work. The living area in this part is approximately 97 m². It has two bedrooms, a kitchen that needs refurbishing, with a south-facing balcony, a reception room and a newly renovated bathroom.
