The second (older) farmhouse comprises a dwelling awaiting complete renovation (except for the walls and the redone roof), a barn, a shed and a small outbuilding set in almost 1.4 hectares of land with a well.
A beautiful stone staircase leads up to the house.
This leads to a future living room of 33 m², a kitchen and two bedrooms.
On the upper floor, the attic (90 m²) can be converted.
The ground floor comprises cellars.
Separated from the house by a small covered passageway is a two-storey barn of more than 70 m² that could be converted. Finally, on the opposite side is a shed.
A little further down, a small two-storey barn - in need of complete renovation - is located close to a water supply point.
