The first phase brand new cable car "Cote du Bois" is now fully operational while phase 2 going to 2441m to access l'Ouillon in the middle of the ski domain will open for winter 25/26. Once phase 2 is complete the aim is to create the highest recreational park in the Alps.Within the town of St Jean de Maurienne, just 20 minutes from La Toussuire, there is also the future International train station under construction. Connecting Paris - Lyon - Chambery - St Jean de Maurienne - Turin - Milan, it is Europe's largest infrastructure project.Planned for completion by 2030, once finished, La Toussuire will become the closest ski resort to the centre of Paris in the French Alps.
