Our opinion
The apartment has a very light and airy feel about it. The finish is modern but still has a traditional charm. The possibility to add a fireplace is rare with apartments and would give an extra cozy feel to those post ski winter nights. Renard would be great for young professionals, using the third bedroom into an office or for a family using the converted cellar as a magical child's bedroom.

Apartment Renard is located in Les Bossons. Hiking and biking paths are on the doorstep with a public bus stop less than 100m away. The apartment is in incredibly calm yet the autoroute is minutes away giving quick access to Chamonix centre and other transport towards Geneva.

This is an excellent, turnkey pied-à-terre investment with strong rental appeal. It’S convenient all round, being so close to the main bus stop as well as very easily walkable into the main town centre.

The Jonquille residence is in a quiet position off the main square of Chamonix Sud, just under 400 metres from the main shopping street but very close to a number of amenities including bars, restaurants and a supermarket as well as the 2 main bakeries. The Aiguille du Midi cable car is adjacent to the square, with the main bus stop giving access to the rest of the Valley, the various ski areas and transfers for Geneva airport less than 100 metres away.
