The Garden
The owners of this property have lovingly improved upon their 3000 m² garden over the years. They have planted numerous trees and flower beds, and the result is charming without being overpowering.
There are two wells, one of which provides all the water for the property, and many mature trees.
There are extensive lawns to the front and back of the property, and as it is entirely fenced, it is perfect for children to play in.
The town hall has confirmed that it would be possible to put a swimming pool in (although planning permission would still be necessary).
There is ample parking on the pebbled driveway, but there are also carports for two cars, and a closed garage for one car, or a lot of garden tools and furniture.
The double gates are electric, and can be opened from the house.
