As on the ground floor, there are terracotta floors, exposed beams, stained glass windows, interior shutters, and remarkable tufa 'coussièges', a sort of stone bench integrated into the embrasure of certain windows which were used in the Middle Ages as benches for sitting and later as resting places for reading or writing.
On the second floor and in the attic, additional volumes offer interesting potential for conversion as required.

A large games room (approx. 50 sqm) is located in the extension of the living area, which is set back at right angles and can be accessed from the courtyard on the same level.
